LN-Z2-HF type High Frequency Cryostat
The LN-Z2-HF is a sample holder and cryostat with variable temperature from 90 k to 473 k and good frequency characteristics (patented technology) in the range of 20 Hz to 100 MHz. Temperature control and accurate measurement at high frequencies of 100 MHz are required to evaluate the ionic and electronic conductivity of solid electrolytes, which are materials for all-solid-state batteries. This product allows temperature and impedance measurements to be fully automated using EDMS software.
