4990EDMS-120K High Frequency Impedance Measurement System
The 4990EDMS-120K is the world’s first high-frequency impedance measurement system for solid-state batteries developed by Toyo Technica (Domestic Patent No. 6324648, Chinese Patent No. CN 111226120 B). It is a device that achieves both high-frequency impedance measurement of up to 100 MHz and stable control of a wide temperature range of 80 K ~ 473 K. With this technology, it is possible to separate the impedance of the granular and grain boundaries peculiar to solid electrolytes, which could not be observed in the past, and to accurately grasp the phenomena in the electrolyte.
