
Model HT-Z2-HF High-Frequency Heating Furnace System (Patented)
The HT-Z2-HF is a high-temperature and high-frequency furnace control system that can accurately measure impedance over a wide frequency range of 20 Hz ~ 100 MHz in a temperature range of 100°C ~ 800°C. By using Mr./Ms. HT-Z2-HF-ROD high-temperature and high-frequency pull rod and Keysight’s E4990A impedance analyzer, measurements can be performed with only a simple correction function. In addition, the temperature of the furnace can be controlled from the software, and impedance measurement can be performed at any temperature. It can be used to study the dependence of resistance temperature on resistive materials such as semiconductors, insulators, and oxides.
